We had to call out Isaac on a Sunday to replace our very damaged dc/dc Anderson plug to keep our off road caravan charged on our forward journey. He kept us informed throughout the day as to his availability. On arrival he did further diagnosis on van and vehicle to ensure that was our only issue as we had been experiencing degraded charging. He then completed thorough testing. Isaac is very knowledgeable with all things 12v and solar. Bewildered by all the technical information we had received at handover, Isaac was able to help us decipher all that our van had to offer and make suggestions to further enhance our camping experience. Just starting out his business, we had a faulty inverter which Isaac was able to diagnose & assist us in the replacement process. No question was too hard for Isaac, what he didn't have an immediate answer for (his electrical & technical knowledge was vast!), he would research and get back to us.
